Q: Are you a full-service caterer?
A: Yes, we provide sample or custom menus, china, paper products, utensils, delivery, setup, wait staff, bartenders, chefs and event management.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book my event?
A: The sooner the better. We strive to provide the best service and food for your event and allow ample time for each event. This means we only book a certain amount of events per day, so our schedule fills up quickly. Reserve soon. Start by completing our online form.

Q: What types of food do you serve?
A: We provide various types of cuisine, including but not limited to: American, Italian, Jewish, Latino, Caribbean, Chinese, Japanese, and Mexican.

Q: Do you offer vegetarian or low-sodium meals?
A: Yes, we have several recipes available for vegetarians, vegans and guests wanting lowsodium meals. Let us know in advance and we'll provide some options.

Q: I received your information about my event. How do I reserve the date?
A: To secure your date, please read, sign and return the proposal along with the deposit. Please make sure all information is accurate (correct menu, date, time and spe-cific location). Keep an extra copy for your records. If paying by credit card, please complete the credit card authorization form. Proposals can be faxed, mailed or emailed.

Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as checks for your deposit and final balance payment.

Q: Do you provide utensils and paper products or china?
A: We maintain our own depot of supplies, china, utensils and linens. Please indicate your preference or ask to see our china selection for your event.

Q: Is a tasting available of the food we'd like to have for our event?
A: Yes, please let us know in advance and we can have it prepared for you or ready for you to pick up and take home.

Q: When do we provide a final guest count?
A: Your final guest count is due seven business days before your event.

Q: What do you need the day of the event?
A: Please have your table(s) ready, so we can begin food setup right away.
