Other Services

Additional services, such as servers, bartenders, linens and tableware are available for hire or rent to make your event go smoothly. Listed below are the services and pricing information. Keep in mind that prices are subject to change, for the latest price information please call and speak with any of our event specialists.

Prices effective February 1, 2009.

Servers & Bartenders

  • $35.00 per hour per server / bartender with a 3 hour minimum.

Kitchen Help

  • $33.00 per hour per person with a 3 hour minimum

Chef/Event Manager

  • $38.00 per hour per Chef / Event Manager with a 3 hour minimum.

Disposable Table Covers

  • $6.00 and up each dependent upon size and type.

Disposable Chafing Dishes

  • $12.00 each per set (frame, water pan & sterno fuel)

Sterno Fuel

  • $1.50 per can

Linen Rentals

  • The average rental cost for real linens are $15.00 and up per cloth dependent upon size and type.

Linen Skirting

  • $1.50 per linear foot.

Tableware Rentals

  • China, Flatware and/or Glassware - $6.50 per person.

10 Business day notice is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged in full.

Service Fees

Delivery/Set-up

  • Charges $30.00 and up per delivery request dependent upon delivery location, normal delivery fees will increase if the catered event is on the weekend (additional $15.00 per trip) or on a holiday weekend (Doubled per trip).

Order Requirements

  • All prices are based on a Twenty (20) person minimum unless noted on the menu, small orders for less than ten (10) people may be picked-up.
  • There will be an up-charge on menu price for orders requesting less than the minimum people ($1.00 up-charge for 15 – 19 people / $2.00 up-charge for 11 – 14 people).
  • All orders placed with less than 72 hours notice and creates additional expense in either food costs or requires special labor conditions, will be subject to the 20% price increase per person.

Serving Supply Fee

  • The serving supplies are all containers, trays, wraps and items used to store, hold and transport the food.

Gratuity

15% of total food amount is customary

Paper Products

  • Basic Paper Goods are normally included in our per person price if included in the menu.
  • If additional items are deemed necessary or if the Medium or High Quality disposables are requested an additional charge shall be imposed.
  • Basic Paper Goods: (black foam plates & standard utensils)
  • Medium Quality Paper Goods: (colors or themes)
  • High Quality Disposables: (hard plastic plates & reflections flatware)

Non-Alcoholic Beverages

  • $1.75 per person if not included in the menu per person price or if additional beverages are requested.

Sales Tax

  • A 5% sales tax will be added to all orders, IAW the Commonwealth of Virginia - (catering is considered a service and not tangible property and therefore is taxable).

Payment

  • A detailed invoice will be sent out after each function, it will contain the agency name and/or the individual who placed the order unless otherwise request.
  • The invoice will also state that payment is due upon receipt and all unpaid items past 30 days are considered delinquent and will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month of unpaid balance.
